Scope of Work

To complete the work on a table takes, on average 4 hours.

• Map of table before levelling.
• Installation of 34 support brackets under the slate bed.
• Levelling of the slates by adjusting the support brackets.
• 120 point grid of the optimised table levels. This will give you a detailed map of the surface.
• Within 7 days we will send you a high quality framed print of the mapping,  This is your certificate to show that your table has been optimised to the highest accuracy.
• If there are areas of your table that are not up to standard, we have the solution.
  We have developed a technique where we can remove high spots, eliminaate dishing with an orbital sander. We are using a high power vacuum system to comply with Health & Safety regulations. All slate dust is safely extracted and disposed of. Very accurate and effective.
  We are close to determining  a "Standard" for quality control and grading of table surfaces. How does your table rate? We can advise.
